What doesn't work on Totalplay?

Anonymous: we keep the problem, the region you pick, the time and your country, not your address.

Outages we measured at Totalplay

No outage of Totalplay measured yet. We started measuring on 30 October 2026.

How we know

Every 5 minutes our server in Germany sends a ping to a set of home and office routers inside Totalplay's network. A router counts only after it answered reliably for a day, and one router going quiet on its own (switched off, moved) is not an outage. When many of them stop answering at the same time, the network itself has a problem.

That shows large outages: a region, a city or the whole network. A problem in your street, with your own router or with one service is not always visible to us, which is why reports from people count too. Mobile networks hide most of their devices from the outside, so for those we rely more on reports.

Which providers we list: the biggest in each country by APNIC's estimate of their users (re-use with attribution).
