我们如何得知
停电时，没有备用电源的手机基站、路由器和数据中心会断电，一个国家的互联网流量随之下降。Cloudflare 在自己的流量中看到这一下降，核实原因，并将其列入 Outage Center。我们选取其中由停电引起的事件，显示在这里和实时地图上（⚡）。
因此这是一份大规模停电的列表：整个国家，或大到在互联网流量中可见的地区。单个城镇的停电，或由备用电源撑过去的停电，不在其中。原因是人工添加的，所以停电可能在开始几小时后才出现在这里；实时地图上我们自己的探测会立即显示互联网的下降。
